Where are you Located?

We have two convenient locations in the Athens area. We have a location at 339 West State Street in Athens, OH and 51 East First Street in The Plains, OH.

What size units do you have?

We have sizes ranging from 5’ X 5’ to 25’ X 35’

Do you have Climate control Units?

Yes we do at our Midtown location (Athens)

Do I need a lock?

You provide the lock ensuring you and only you have access. Don’t have a lock? No problem, we offer a wide range of packing and moving supplies to make your move stress free.

What day is my rent due?

Every tenant’s rent is due on the first of each month regardless of what day of the month you rent the unit. For example, if you rent on the 15th of the month, we will pro rate your rent for that month and your next payment will be due on the first of each month thereafter. If payment is not received after the close of business on the 5th of each month, your payment is considered late and a late fee will be imposed.

Do I have to sign a long term contract when I rent a unit?

No. All lease agreements are month to month and automatically renewed on the 1st of each month. There is a one-month minimum term agreement. We do not rent units by the day or week. We only require a 10 day notice when you are vacating, so there is no long-term commitment. ( Excluding summer, call for more information ).

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa and MasterCard. We offer auto credit card payment free of charge. You can sign up for this service at the office.

Do you provide insurance for my stored items?

Insurance is the responsibility of each tenant. We do not provide insurance. Please discuss your insurance options with your Insurance Agent.
